Aren't they such fun? This is the set my husband Rob grew up with. I had one as well and couldn't wait for my daughter to grow old enough to really enjoy them. They're now a big favorite around our house. I'm so glad you and your son have a set to love as well. Truly a staple for any childhood!
I had those same blocks (the blue squares, orange bridge, and yellow triangles) AND play mat when I was a kid! My son now loves them. What a fun! :)

DeleteI can just imagine all the effort put in by tiny little hands - lovely memory x
ReplyDeleteThank you Em!
DeleteAww the wonders of imagination and a set of blocks - perfect!
ReplyDeleteGreat colors! I bet hours are spent playing with the blocks. I love good, "old fashioned" play.
ReplyDeleteRoasting a chicken dinner on an open fire. Cool days change the way I cook on the campfire.
Thank you, Robin!
